About Kuba

Hello.

My birth name is Jakob, but I have been given my nickname, Kuba, by my working family.

I'm from Vestjylland — and yes, my dialect will give me away in seconds.

I'm the result of a lady from the windswept west and a man from Esbjerg: one side of the family driven by education and precision, the other by freedom, rebellion and a certain "let's see what happens" attitude.

That cocktail made me a sommelier with a weakness for storytelling and sensory adventures — and a technical director who loves to build smart tools for real people.

I move between wine cellars and code, turning taste, smell, and texture into something even your uncle can understand (like comparing a wineglass to a loudspeaker).

I speak Danish, English, German, Swedish and some Dutch — and I know just enough Albanian to help the family matriarch when it's time to decorate for Christmas.
